Dining and Entertainment
The restaurant is open daily with seating for up to 35 people
and offering spectacular views over Peebles. The room has a magnificent
fireplace and fine Adam style ceilings.
The culinary expertise offered
in our restaurant continues to be reflected in our 4th consecutive
year of being awarded 2 rosettes by the AA. Our food has also
been awarded a special commendation by the well regarded HotelReview
Scotland team.
Finest local produce used wherever possible, menus are designed
to suit the guests.
We offer a range of vegetarian dishes We cater for special diets.
The Scottish Borders abound with natural produce and our chef
uses local and Scottish produce whenever he can.
The restaurant is a magnificent
room with high ornate ceilings, superb views and an original
parquet floor, but whilst we have concentrated on style and elegance,
we have also worked to retain an informal and friendly atmosphere.
The chef produces an exciting menu with a varied choice to suit
all tastes. We cater for vegetarians and, if you have special
dietary needs, please let us know. Many of our regular guests
ask for their favourites and the chef is always happy to oblige.
