Sample some of the finest cuisine to be experienced in the Highlands
in our stunning dining room. Elegant candlesticks, individually
designed chairs, subtle lighting - all make dining in the hotel
an experience to be repeated time and time again.
Our top chef takes full advantage of nature's abundant harvest
from nearby sea, lochs, rivers and our rich farmland and manages
to combine simplicity with sophistication to ensure that you
enjoy the very best of Highland cuisine.
Our excellent wine cellar affords
you a superb choice of wines from around the world and our attentive
and knowledgeable staff will treat you as though you were the
Laird.
Breakfast in the hotel is a
feast in it's self - with seven different types of marmalade
and jams to choose from, the strawberry and champagne jam is
simply wonderful!
Relax
Enjoy pre dinner drinks or after dinner coffee in our extremely
comfortable guest lounge.
The Reception Hall provides
comfortable Chesterfields in front of a roaring log fire - the
ideal place to relax after a days travelling or indeed, to plan
your day's activities.
We also have the Green Lady Bar, named after the ghost of the
Castle, where you can catch up on the local chat and try any
one of our 125 malt whiskies from our well stocked bar.
We also provide an excellent choice of wholesome home cooked
bar meals for hearty appetites and lovers of good highland fare.
