The candlelit Great Hall is
a magnificent setting for an intimate dinner for two or a banquet
for up to 75 guests. In either case the experience is unforgettable.
with its high vaulted ceiling, enormous fireplace and the minstrel
gallery at one end, it is Scotland's most beautiful medieval
Great Hall.
Enjoy an aperitif and study
the menu in comfort beside the roaring log fire.
Choose from our four course
set menu which changes daily. Your meal will be prepared by our
gourmet chef who describes his cuisine as "modern British
with a strong bias for Scotland's natural larder". Select
a bottle of fine wine from our comprehensive wine list, perhaps
rounding off your meal with something from our extensive selection
of malt whiskies.
