Dining and Entertainment

A traditional taste of Scotland is evident throughout the restaurants at Airth Castle Hotel & Spa Resort.
Experience Stornoway Black pudding for breakfast, homemade Shortbread & buns for traditional afternoon tea and a selection of Chefs Signiture Dishes including the very best of local produce from Tay Salmon to Perthshire Lamb and West Coast Seafood expertly prepared and creatively executed for your enjoyment.

Dine in either of our two restaurants and you will enjoy not only great food and a list of fine World Wines from our Castle Cellars, but the friendliest and attentive service from our excellent team of people. Each restaurant has its own unique and very individual identity with the theme of great food flowing throughout.

Our bars
Within the Resort there are a selection of bars available where our guests can relax and enjoy a varied and extensive selection of beverages.

Relax, sit back in the sumptuous surroundings of the Castle with the atmosphere of crackling open log fires or the contemporary inspiring mood of our Plasma Lounge, and enjoy a quiet drink.

Our bars contain a selection of Scotch Whiskies, including the Classic Malt Selection and unique locals such like Rosebank and The Balvenie. A wide selection of other rare malts including Single Cask whiskies are available and very popular with our guests.

The hotel also hosts on a regular basis, a Whisky School, where you can sample for yourself our magnificent Whisky Trail.

An extensive list of wines both Old and New World are available from our Castle Cellars served by the bottle or by the glass.
