Ballymaloe House is
situated in rolling farmland in East Cork, 30 kms from Cork City
(pop. 200,000), our nearest airport. We are
9 kms south of the main road (N25) and 3 kms from the sea.
Directions from Cook
From Cork take N25 signpost N25 Rosslare, Waterford, By-pass
the town of Midleton and at the end of the dual carriageway take
3rd exit of roundabout (R629) , then take first turn to the left
half mile along the road, follow signs for Cloyne/Ballycotton.
When you come into the village of Cloyne, turn left, still on
the Ballycotton Road, the front gate of Ballymaloe House are
at a large crossroads approx. 2 miles from Cloyne.
The Cookery School is approx. 2 miles further on - go through
the village of Shanagarry and take the turn to the left opposite
the Church, the school is approx. ½ mile up that road
on the right
