Dining
Dining in the evening is a relaxed affair with pre dinner drinks
served in the Drawing Room or Fountain Garden depending on the
time of year. Dinner is served in the original Castle dining
room which hasn't changed in over 100 years. Guests dine at tables
that have been used by the Leslie family for generations. The
"a la carte" menu is based on fine fresh ingredients,
many local which are simply prepared to highlight natural flavours.
Dining is open to non residents but by booking only.

Lodge
Snaffles Brasserie - Enjoy delicious meals with a wonderful view
of ancient woodland. Set on a mezzanine floor, the open-plan
brasserie is light and spacious with its dramatic hand-carved
ceiling and robust oak beams blending effortlessly with a striking
wall of contemporary glass.
The delicious menu uses the highest quality local ingredients
without compromising on taste and choice. Offering a fresh approach
to Mediterranean cuisine, food is cooked in the state-of-the-art
wood-burning stone oven. This healthy style of cuisine complements
the wellness concepts of our Organic Victorian spa.
Conor's Bar - Unwind
over a drink in this snug cellar bar with its roaring fire, cosy
corners, great music and lots of craic. It's the perfect place
to relax with a pint, or enjoy our traditional country home cooking
in a more casual setting
Cookery School
The Cookery School opened in July 2006. Located in the restored
original Victorian kitchens in the Castle, the learning space
is a chef's dream. It houses one of the famous Molteni ovens
- an unrivalled masterpiece - handcrafted to meet Castle Leslie's
unique needs.
One of the best known cookery schools in Ireland and open all
year round, the School offers cookery courses personally designed
by our Masterchef and his team. Whether you're an experienced
cook or a culinary novice, we run the right course to help you
develop your skills.
The courses include a diverse and exciting range of evening demonstrations,
one-day and two-day cookery courses for up to twelve people such
as 'Men Only', 'Guilt-free Cooking' and 'Desserts to Die For'.
Whichever you choose, the Cookery School is a relaxing distraction
from modern-day stress, introducing you to new skills, new people,
new tastes and new unforgettable experiences.
