most discreet service, is the perfect setting in which to celebrate
the traditional art of elegant dining.
The Connaught Room, with a capacity of 48, is Ashford's

Castle. A unique and priceless feature is the hand crafted Inglenook
reaching twenty feet to the oak ceiling.
After Dinner
Visit the Dungeon Bar where our resident story teller narrates
a great wealth of Irish folklore, stories & myths. The evening
flows along to the melodic tunes of piano and great Irish harp,
coupled with ballads and airs, popular tunes and live sing-a-longs.
