The principals of the company have over 53 years in the travel
industry and have travelled extensively thoughout the UK and
Ireland staying or visiting most of the properties that we recommend.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The purchase of these travel services constitutes a contractual
agreement between the consumer, the travel agent and Bonaventure
Tours and its overseas suppliers. Bonaventure Tours has made
every reasonable effort to ensure that consumers are apprised
of those terms and conditions. It is none the less the travel
agent's responsibility to fully inform the consumers of these
terms and conditions at time of booking, to answer all questions
and to provide any additional clarifications as required. It
is the responsibility of consumers to carefully read and understand
these terms and conditions as they apply in full upon purchase.
FORCE MAJEURE: Bonaventure
Tours acts only as agent for Carriers, Transportation Companies,
hotels and all other contractors and therefore disclaims responsibility
for any loss, damage, accidents, change of schedule, or other
irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their
control. Bonaventure Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary
with or without notice or to cancel a programme at any time in
which case Bonaventure Tours shall have no responsibility beyond
the refund of all monies paid for the tour by participants and
we shall not be liable for any claims, demands, losses and damages
of any nature or kind whatsoever you may have by reason of our
modification to, or cancellation of travel service. Any or all
transportation companies involved in the tour shall have or incur
no responsibility for liability to any traveller aside from their
liability as common carriers
RIGHT OF REFUSAL: Bonaventure
Tours reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse
to carry any person whose conduct or manner causes or is likely
to cause offence or upset to other passengers. In such cases
full cancellation charges will apply and the Company shall have
no further liability to the passenger.
DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION
AND REFUND: Conditions for specific programmes will be advised
in writing prior to deposit or payment.
ITINERARY: We will follow the
itineraries as outlined, but reserve the right to change any
day's activities due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen
circumstances.
INSURANCE: Each person booking
an active holiday through Bonaventure Tours must be fully insured
for out of country emergency medical and travel accident from
departure until return home. Bonaventure Tours will requires
that each participant sign and return our release waiver verifying
that they have out of country emergency medical coverage and
are in fit condition .
EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING: We
reserve the right to refuse any client who does not have what
we consider to be adequate equipment.
SAFETY: In the interest of
safety during activity programmes including boating, walking,
cycling and equestrian programmes participants must agree to
abide by the decisions of your guide, instructor or group leader.
Participants should advise Bonaventure Tours and the leader if
they have any medical condition or are taking any medication
that might affect their participation. Your booking is accepted
on the understanding that you realise the hazards involved in
an active holiday. Whilst taking every care we cannot accept
responsibility for any loss, damage or injury incurred during
a holiday.
